Timely, accurately and frequently information to PM for decision making on submission status ensure delivery all quality housing within 18 months from date of construction commencement.
Coordinate, liase and follow up closely with consultants for the preparation of Building Plans, Earthwork, Road & Drainage Plans ensure zero delay submission to authority for approval
Liase and follow up closely with local authorities for approval status of PTG, Earthwork R&D, developer licence, advertising and sales permit as per ISO\xe2\x80\x99s requirement.
Coordinate with all related internal & external parties closely ensure issuance of CFO
To maintain and up-to-date filing system for ease of retrieval and storage of information.
Monitor, supervise, inspecting, checking and verify all construction works are done according to drawings and specifications (material & method) by the consultants, also to comply with all government rules and regulations.
Verify all contractors\xe2\x80\x99 progress claims.
Attend site meeting,ccm and authority inspection on site
To coordinate with sales & marketing department and monitor contractor to ensure all customer complaints and feedback are well resolved and taken care within targeted period of 14 days.
