Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Survey or related field
2-4 years of experience in project management, coordination or supervision (Construction, Renovation, Interior Design and M&E )
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel (if required)
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise project execution from start to completion
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow
Prepare and monitor project schedules, reports, and documentation
Ensure work is completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time
Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve on-site issues when necessary
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Added Advantage:
Experience in interior fit-out, interior design, or related industry
Familiar with site coordination and subcontractor management
Knowledge of AutoCAD or project planning software
