Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Design & Build, Renovation, or Interior Fit-Out industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of fit-out process, technical drawings, and on-site coordination.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related design tools.
• Experience in Retail Projects (Butik outlets, F&B outlets, Fashion outlets, etc.) is an advantage.

Responsibilities
WORKPROJECT EXECUTIVE CUM COORDINATOR (FIT-OUT MANAGEMENT)
(Liaise with Client, Mall Management, Project Manager, and Site Supervisor for Project Delivery)

• Manage and coordinate design & fit-out projects from start to handover.
• Liaise with clients, mall management, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and submit work permits, ID drawings, technical drawings, quotations, project schedules, and all related project documentation.
• Prepare and update project reports, progress updates, and submission documents required by mall management or authorities.
• Monitor site progress to ensure all work meets design, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Handle project costing, purchasing, and material delivery coordination.
• Assist in procurement coordination and material tracking.
• Support the Project Manager in resolving on-site issues and technical matters.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety, and quality standards.
• Ready to start work immediately
