ABOUT THE ROLE



We are seeking an experienced

Project Executive

preferably with experience in

Property Management Application System and accounting system

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in system integration project management, ensuring smooth deployment and commissioning of property management application system for better operations and compliance with statutory and financial requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Project Planning and Coordination



Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, critical path, resource allocation, and budgets. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well-understood and met. Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

Execution and Monitoring



Support the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to approved plans and standards. Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely updates to the senior management. Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and necessary actions.

Risk Management



Identify, evaluate, and document project risks. Assist in developing mitigation strategies and ensure implementation of risk management plans.

Documentation and Reporting



Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, agreements, meeting minutes, test sheets, emails/letters and other records. Support post-project evaluations, preparing lessons-learned reports for process improvements. Coordinate with and report to Project Management Team Lead closely to ensure successful project delivery and closure.

Stakeholder Communication



Act as a liaison between various internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate feedback channels.

Process Improvement



Participate in reviewing and enhancing project management processes and tools for better efficiency. Propose innovative solutions to streamline project execution.
7.

Financial Data Migration and Audit



Lead the migration of historical property management data from the old system to new system. Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the migration. Conduct post-migration reviews to confirm the integrity and reliability of the data. Prepare clear documentation of findings, migration records, and control processes for transparency.

QUALIFICATION



Equivalent to Diploma or higher. Min 2 years' experience in system integration project management. Basic accounting and audit experience is preferred.

OTHER SKILLS



Good command of spoken and written English and Malay. Good interpersonal, organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to interact at all levels. Pro-active, confident, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards of integrity, and possesses the drive for self-development. Have an understanding of the project life cycle. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, power point, visio) will be an advantage. Able to travel to project sites (residential areas) following the client's availability.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
