Job Description
To supervise and monitor all related issues at site/construction in order to ensure job performed in an effective and efficient manner Responsibilities
- Supervises, monitors and checks construction works to ensure that specifications are strictly followed.
- Verifies claims submitted by contractors.
- Conducts site meeting with contractors and landlords.
- At least Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architechture/Quantity Survey
- At least 2 years experience in site supervision in renovation works.
- Good interpersonal
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, initiative to learn
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
