The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Project Officer, you will be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects. From breaking ground to handing over keys, you'll lead teams, manage timelines, and ensure top-tier delivery--all while keeping budgets in check and stakeholders informed.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple property and construction projects from inception to completion. Set clear project goals, scopes, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders. Develop detailed project schedules and monitor performance against timelines and budgets. Proactively identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks. Lead project teams and motivate for peak performance. Maintain strong communication with management and clients throughout project lifecycle. Promote continuous improvement and project delivery excellence.

Job Requirements:

10-15 years' experience in project management, ideally in property development or construction. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination abilities. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Certifications such as CIDB, BEM, LAM, ST, NIOSH, DOSH, or PMP are a definite advantage.

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
