We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead our property development projects in Kuching, Sarawak. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a comprehensive understanding of contract law, and the ability to manage complex contracts efficiently.

Role: Senior Contract Manager (Property Development)
What You'll Do:
xf0x9fx8exaf Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts related to property development.
xf0x9fx93x8a Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout all contract phases.
xf0x9fxa4x9d Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align contract terms with project goals.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating contractual risks.
xf0x9fx93x9d Provide training and guidance on best practices for contract management across teams.
xf0x9fx93x88 Monitor contract performance and implement improvements as necessary.
What Were Looking For:
xe2x9cx85 Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management.
xe2x9cx85 Must have contract management experience in property development industry.
xe2x9cx85 In-depth knowledge of Malaysian property laws and regulations.
xe2x9cx85 Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
xe2x9cx85 Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
xe2x9cx85 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
