Participate in the architectural design process, contributing creative ideas and technical insights. Collaborate with a project team of various disciplines. To liaise with authority bodies, clients, contractors & etc. Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation. Manage and coordinate project activities, including the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and material selection. Contribute to quality control processes, including site inspections, to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and construction standards. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture. Open to architects with 2 - 10 years of work experience. Possess flair in design and technical knowledge Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Sketch up Proficiency in Revit BIM Modeler, an advantage Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Exposure to project management concepts and ability to manage tasks within timelines.
