- SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in relevant fields.
- Must have site supervising experience.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Optional - Mandarin is an advantage
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.

- Coordination with project managers and clients on work-related matters by attending site meetings.
- Job supervision to ensure work done meets requirements.
- Manage daily progress reports, drawings, and other related documents.
