JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on individual to oversee renovation (fit-out), maintenance and electrical (M&E) activities for Johnny's Restaurant and Black Canyon outlets. The role involves coordinating with contractors, landlords, and the operations team to ensure all projects and maintenance works are completed smoothly, within budget, and in compliance with mall and design standards

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to ensure all Fit- Out and M&E works are complying with Mall rules and regulations and ID designer specification. Perform hands on fit-out coordination works between Landlord, Main Contractor and M&E contractor. Ensure all civil works, electrical works and interior design works are carried out in accordance to requirements and regulations. Regular site visits to monitor and verify that all works done are accordance with approved submission and compliance with mall regulations. Support the Outlets/ Operations Department to eliminate quality defects, safety risks and chronic technical issues. Ensure rational cost programmed in all projects. Monitor daily updates and monitor all Fit- Out and M&E works. Coordinate any repair & maintenance issue in the outlets and coordinating with M&E vendors until the accomplishment of tasks Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE

Good understanding of fit-out works, M&E systems, and mall renovation procedures. Able to read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and design specifications. Basic knowledge of project cost control, safety standards, and maintenance for F&B outlets.

REQUIREMENTS

Possess working experience in Food & Beverages industry or/and project management will be added advantage. Discipline and self-motivator. Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Candidate possess at least Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Civil Engineering, Building services, Facility Management, or other related technical fields. Candidate with strong hands on experience in renovation and maintenance are also encourage to apply. Experience: Required minimum 2 years related working experience

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
