Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and supervise all maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities for repair, installation, and improvement works.
Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, progress reports, and related documentation.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Attend to emergency maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Support new outlet opening, relocation, and renovation projects.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in project maintenance or facilities management.
Strong knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
