Job Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Planning, Research and Development

a) Planning and create yearly calendar for projects and events.

b) Developing project strategies and events.

c) Research potential program and events for products sales and promotions.

d) Monitoring and maintain project plans, project schedules, work hours, forecasting, budgets and expenditures.

e) Ensuring project deadlines are met.

f) Determining project changes.

g) Ensure Risks and issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved.

h) Provide direction, motivation, leadership, and support for the team involved for the events.

i) Ensure prompt steps are taken to resolve any issue that may jeopardize the success of an event.

2. Meeting, Communications and Presentations

a) Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings

b) Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.

c) Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

d) Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

e) Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.

3. Reporting and Proposals

a) Formulate and propose projects and events involving clients and distributor.

b) Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.

c) Preparing report and analysis competitors and market trends.

d) Preparing the proposal and suggestion for venue, supplier involved, negotiated budgets and etc.

e) Analyze the success of an event and prepare after-event reports.

f) Brainstorming, post-mortem and give suggestions on how to enhance an event.

4. Brand Management

a) Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

b) Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

c) Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

d) Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

e) Take charge of promotional activities for an event.

5. Leadership and Coaching

a) Responsible for providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to team members

b) To develop and maintain the networking with Clients, Vendors, Suppliers, Partners and etc.

6. Logistic and Resources Management

a) Handle the whole event process efficiently according to requirements, target audience and objectives.

b) Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers. Supervise them accordingly.

c) Manage the logistic \xe2\x80\x93 transportation, catering, entertainment, decoration, car park, etc.

d) Ensure strict adherence to budget as agreed with the Management.

e) Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.

f) Scrutinize bills before seeking approval payments.

g) Ensure compliance with health and safety rules.

h) Comply with international best practices in project management.

7. General

a) Providing administrative support as needed.

b) Undertaking project tasks as required.

c) Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

d) Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

e) Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.

f) Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

g) Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

h) Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management.

Qualification

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor\'s Degree/ Professional Degree or any related discipline.

Experience

2 years and above

Skills

Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
Be computer savvy; showing proficiency in the use of MS Office.
Ability to work in team with great leadership and interpersonal relationship skills.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational and administration skills.
Customer-service orientation.
Effective negotiation skills will be of top priority.
Possess remarkable problem-solving skills.
Possess outstanding event planning skills.
Top-notch logistic skills will be an added advantage.
Ability to pay attention to detail.

Faith Fleur yang dimiliki oleh CTYMARY Resources Sdn Bhd telah didaftarkan dibawah Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) (1263640-W). Syarikat ini ditubuhkan pada 10 Februari 2017, bertempat di Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom, Selangor dan telah menubuhkan satu lagi cawangan di Bintulu, Sarawak pada awal bulan September 2018. Pengasas kepada produk ini ialah Siti Mariam Binti Abdul Samad Bersama suami beliau iaitu Mohamad Abdul Halim Bin Bahadorisam.

Maksud \xe2\x80\x98Faith\xe2\x80\x99 ialah kesetiaan manakala \xe2\x80\x98Fleur\xe2\x80\x99 diambil daripada perkataan Perancis yang bermaksud \xe2\x80\x98bunga\xe2\x80\x99. Faith Fleur ialah syarikat pengeluar produk penjagaan rambut yang terdiri daripada Shampoo, Conditioner, Serum, Tonic dan Hair Mist.

Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam produk ini telah mendapat kelulusan daripada pihak Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) dan tidak menggunakan sebarang bahan kimia seperti Paraben, SLS dan Soap. Produk Faith Fleur adalah \xe2\x80\x98halal dan mesra wudhuk\xe2\x80\x99. Selain itu, produk ini membantu menghapuskan kutu, membaiki rambut rosak, melembut dan melembapkan rambut yang kering kusam, mengurangkan keguguran rambut, menghilangkan kelemumur, menghilangkan bau kepam dan busuk. Bukan itu sahaja, produk ini turut membantu masalah uban yang pra-matang dan menggalakkan pertumbuhan rambut dengan membekalkan nutrien yang secukupnya.
