: * You will be involved in the project management and renovation for OCBC Bank properties from preliminary planning, designing of layout, space planning, cost estimation, site management, payment process, and liaising with authori : You will be involved in the project management and renovation for OCBC Bank properties from preliminary planning, designing of layout, space planning, cost estimation, site management, payment process, and liaising with authorities. You will also need to make arrangement for appointment & coordination with various Contractors/Consultants. You also need to conduct regular site supervision to ensure Contractors/Consultants meet the performance standards, budget and schedule. Routine follow up by appropriate cost-effective rectification works or repair Qualifications Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or Interior Design. Candidate with working experience in project management preferably coming from Financial Industry or Multi National Company background. Familiar with drafting and interior design work A strong background knowledge of construction or renovation or project management Self-motivated, willingness to learn, able to work independently, positive and proactive. Possess drive and initiative. Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical ability and business acumen, which are essential attributes for the position.
