Position Objective
  • To support the creation of One Allianz strategy to enable Allianz Malaysia outperform plan year after year leveraging one allianz
  • To conduct project management for key work streams spread across Agency distribution, SME , Product & data and report to both CEO office/Country Comm
  • To be part of the team to deliver & drive excellent work that drives business growth, customer experience, drive productivity and optimize efficiencies.
  • Create valuable best practices that can be replicated in other markets
  • Support and Enable CEO office of ALIM to manage Pinnacle projects and coordination with Regional & group teams



Roles and Responsibilities
  • Highly talented individual, a self starter ready to work in close proximity with top management
  • Enable building of One Allianz task force for identified key initiatives across distribution, SME , product and data
  • Co-ordinate and conduct thorough project management for key initiatives with clear indication of current state , activities , resource planning , budgeting and reporting of those projects
  • Propose the right lever to Country Comm or One Allianz Steerco to pull to accelerate short term value from the efforts
  • Work closely with CEO office of P/C & Life to achieve agreed One Allianz KPIs
  • Support ALIM for Pinnacle projects across agency & EB business with reporting, activities and budgeting
  • Perform excellent stakeholder management across various functions to align and ease the process of change and decision making
  • Drive the team to build intelligence around key initiatives and serve as advisor to CEO/CFO



Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree / Masters Required (Any discipline but proficiency in mathematics is must)
  • Minimum of 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Strong project management skills and preferred PMP certification
  • Strong problem solving skills and solution oriented approach
  • Exposure to Sales and operational in functional sense
  • Experienced and proven experience in driving BAU tasks with working level resources
  • Being able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment as in a competitive landscape
  • Understanding how a business strategy works and translates to tasks
  • Able to collaborate with other teams to drive positive outcomes
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive business outcomes
