Job Description

a) Liaise with Project Executive to oversee projects are being performed efficiently and effectively by Sub-Contractors. b) Involve in new project\xe2\x80\x99s feasibility study with company\xe2\x80\x99s Top Management. c) Involve in project planning and scheduling with Project Executive and appointed Sub-Contractors, to achieve project completion dateline. d) Involve in controlling expenses of contracted works, not to exceed budget. e) Coordinates between Project Executive and Sub-Contractors on project\xe2\x80\x99s progress / performance via hand phone\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x98WhatsApp\xe2\x80\x99. f) Evaluate Sub-Cons performance and review with Project Executive, and advises MD accordingly for their future involvement in new projects. g) Attend Olgad\xe2\x80\x99s internal meetings and external project meetings. h) Acts as advisor to Project Executive, on project correspondences and any technical aspects. i) Ensures that Project Executive and Sub-Cons, comply with company requirements. j) Perform site measurements prior to project commencement, if Project Executive is not available. k) Conduct final \xe2\x80\x98site measurement\xe2\x80\x99 with Project Executive, where required, prior to issuing sub-con\xe2\x80\x99s claim. l) Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior. *HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TILLING
TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS AS CONTRACTORS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS OF ALL KINDS OF CONSTRUCTIONAL, STRUCTURAL CIVIL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, SANITARY AND MARINE WORKS AND OF ALL OTHER KIND OF WORKS. TO CARRY ON THE BUSINESS OF RENOVATION WORKS, DECORATORS, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DESIGNERS INSTALLERS, FURNISHERS UPHOLSTERS, THE PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES IN RESPECT THEREOF, DEALERS, HIRERS, REPAIRES, MANUFACTURERS, WAREHOUSES OF FITTINGS, FURNITURE, CARPETS, FLOOR COVERINGS AND REQUISITES OF ALL KINDS AND THINGS CAPABLE OF BEING USED THEREWITH OR IN MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR MANUFACTURER THEREOF. TO CARRY ON ANY WHATSOEVER FORM OF BUSINESS, TRADE OR UNDERTAKING WHETHER AS PRINCIPALS, AGENTS, SUB-AGENTS OR CONSIGNEE AND TO DEAL IN ANY FORM PRODUCE, MATTER OR THINGS.
