We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for an exciting upcoming construction project. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to coordination and completion. Key responsibilities include:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including site supervisors and engineers.
Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project goals are met.
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Client Communication: Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
Problem Solving: Address any project issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (Master's preferred).
15 years of proven experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM) a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
