Job Specifications - Degree or Master in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering. - Registered with the Institute of Engineers Malaysia. - At least 5 years experience in construction field. - Good commands in English and Bahasa Malaysia. -Good understanding of field operations, procedures, engineering design, labour productivity, equipment performance. - Well versed in computer software applications especially Project Management, MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD etc. - Good communication and leadership skill. - Self confident, versatile and motivated. s - Keep tracks on project activities ensuring resources, budget, schedule, quality and safety standards are within the stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 expectation. - Coordinating, monitoring and controlling of procurement activities labour, materials, and equipment. - Reporting to the Divisional Manager. - Responsible for completing the project in conformance to the drawings, specifications, codes and standards to which the project was designed. - Liaise with Clients and Consultants on project and technical matters and attending project site meetings. - To prepare and verify all progress payment claims made by sub contractors. - Coordinate with HSEQ Division to ensure quality and safety standards are complied
