Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager

• Working knowledge and experience in telecommunications network services such as planning, installation, integration, migration and commissioning.
• Preferred project experience IPMAN, DWDM, POC3, PTN, Core or similar network engineering is required.
• Solid technical know-how with hands-on experience in telecommunications requirement.
• Able to work well under high pressure with multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent in client-facing skills
• Excellent communication in verbal and written
• High literacy in Microsoft applications
• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Civil Engineering or any disciplines related to Telco/ IT / Networking

Tanggungjawab

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Perform daily KPI monitoring, updating, analysis and reports to customers.
• Participate in remote for equipment cutover, upgrading during activity windows period.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• To ensure all the completed projects are billed and invoiced on time
