Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Take charge of project teams, including outsourced resources and vendors, to ensure the successful completion of projects within designated schedules, budgets, and scope.
• Strategize, manage, and execute large-scale, complex, and high-cost projects, prioritizing the organization\'s objectives and maximizing value.
• Consistently apply standard project management methodology, processes, tools, and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and address project risks and issues, effectively mitigating potential challenges.
• Provide comprehensive guidance to project team members, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their tasks and can efficiently act upon them.
• Assume responsibility for overseeing supervision, coaching, performance appraisal, development, and performance management of staffs.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Banking or any related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant Project Management experience in managing software development projects in banking environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a must.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholders management.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Only local candidates are considered.
• Open to work in Bangi and contract.
