Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules.
2. Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
3. Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
4. Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
5. Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
6. Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
7. Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
8. Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
9. Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
10. Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
11. Managing the project progress and adapting the work as required and ensure that the projects meet deadlines.
12. Managing the relationships with the clients and the stakeholders.
13. Designing and signing contracts and risk mitigation plan.
14. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
15. Participating in all tender process.
16. Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services.
17. Propose and create system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmer and development teams.
18. Executing all and any instructions provided by any of the Directors of Crossroad Solutions Sdn Bhd.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
3. Certifications (Preferred) PMP, Prince II, ITIL, or relevant certifications in or equivalent.
4. Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
8. Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
