Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experiences as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with MEP and civil trades is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software (eg., MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office.

Tanggungjawab

• Oversee all phases of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and, close-out.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance; identify risks and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular process reports to stakeholders.
• Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, submittals, and method statements.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, and ensure responsibilities are clearly communicated and understood.
• - Support procurement and logistics coordination.
• - Ensure effective communication and resolution of project issues.
