  • Conduct kick-off meeting for new assignments (RFS) with internal and external stakeholders within two-days of new assignment
  • Ensure project timeline deviation is informed/agreed upon, with customer and is supported by artefact
  • Regular review of RFS status with customer and highlight potential risks, issues, and breach of project completion deadline
  • Double-up as change coordinator (for own projects) with the following responsibilities in the RFS context:
  • Submit Change Request via ServiceNow
  • Ensure there is no conflict with other scheduled changes or change freeze during the proposed implementation window
  • Verify/coordinate the availability of change implementers
  • Ensure all lead times are adhered to
  • Coordinate with change approvers to ensure all the approvals are received prior to change tickets start time
  • Coordinate change activities with all implementation teams
  • Ensure that the task implementers update the task to \xe2\x80\x9cclosed\xe2\x80\x9d status immediately after completion of the assigned tasks
  • Responsible and accountable to review and confirm the change completion status after all the tasks have been implemented by implementers
  • Highlight any risks and issues to stakeholders throughout implementation of RFS. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, where necessary
  • Escalate to governance lead on potential risks and issues in RFS
  • Manage expectations of customer on realistic timeline
  • Manage assigned technical resource to execute RFS scope accordingly
  • Identify scope creep and advise customer on options to proceed
