Job Description


Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation:Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Conduct project kick-off meetings, defining roles and responsibilities for team members. Stakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution. Resource Allocation:Identify and allocate resources required for project success, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
Collaborate with department heads to secure necessary resources and support. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Proactively address and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring the project stays on track. Budget Oversight:Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Provide regular financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting budgetary status. Quality Assurance:Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement. Timeline Management:Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders. Communication:Facilitate clear and concise communication between team members and stakeholders.
Provide regular project status updates, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges. Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Closure and Evaluation:Lead project closure activities, including the documentation of lessons learned and the completion of post-project evaluations.
Conduct client handovers and ensure the successful transition of project deliverables. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • NIOSH / AESP / AGTES / CA2C
  • Proven experience in telecommunications project management and fiber optic.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
