Open Position: Project Manager, Digital (Reputable Company)

A Reputable Company is currently hiring a Project Manager, Digital to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Possess Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or in any related field.

\xc2\xb7 Working experience as Project Manager focusing on digital transformation initiatives using Agile Methodologies.

\xc2\xb7 Take charge of the entire lifecycle of digital transformation projects, from initial planning to execution and final delivery, by applying Agile methodologies.

\xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

\xc2\xb7 Establish strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage their expectations.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and presentations to gather feedback and address concerns.

\xc2\xb7 Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or any related certificate are an added advantage.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.

\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and team management abilities, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
