What you\'ll do:
As a Project Manager for Digital Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation\'s enterprise-wide digital initiatives. You will work closely with senior management contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of these transformative projects. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand needs, communicate project updates and foster a culture of digital readiness. You will also be responsible for conducting research on emerging technologies and best practices in the field of digital transformation. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating digital tools and tracking project performance.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify project milestones, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Support the development and management of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, proposing solutions
  • Conduct research and analysis on digital trends, emerging technologies, best practices in digital transformation

  • Degree qualified with appropriate professional qualifications (PMI-PMP)
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in managing projects or ERP implementation cycles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyse data to support decision-making
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with digital technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
