We are looking for a skilled and driven

Project Manager / Engineer

with expertise in

industrial HVAC systems

to lead

energy efficiency projects

and oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) operations. This role plays a crucial part in deploying AI- and IoT-driven HVAC optimization systems at industrial sites and ensuring project success, energy savings, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution for

AI-driven HVAC optimization

, from planning to commissioning. Oversee installation of

sensors, controllers, and energy-saving control systems

. Lead and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution. Develop and manage

project budgets, schedules, and quality control plans

. Collaborate with AI and engineering teams for integration of

smart monitoring and control systems

. Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in

Mechanical

or

Electrical Engineering

. Minimum

6 years' experience

managing industrial projects, preferably in

HVAC or energy efficiency

. Strong understanding of

HVAC and M&E systems

, energy-saving technologies, and industrial controls. Proven project management experience including documentation, budgeting, and client communication. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and team collaboration skills. Familiarity with

Malaysian energy regulations

REEM certification

is an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia and Singapore.
