Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Commence projects by establishing project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans that encompass timelines, resource allocation, and goals.
• Take responsibility for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and achieve desired results.
• Monitor project progress closely and identify potential risks. Take proactive measures to implement mitigation strategies and minimize any negative impacts on the project.
• Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Foster strong collaboration to ensure all parties are aligned.
• Set up efficient communication channels to facilitate project coordination and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver well-crafted presentations, reports, and business cases to stakeholders and executive leadership. Communicate project progress, outcomes, and recommendations effectively.
• Offer strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and commercial trends.
• Actively seek ways to enhance project management processes and methodologies, aiming to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer science or relevant field of study.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a consulting or startup setting, demonstrating successful delivery of complex projects within budget and timeline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in developing persuasive presentations and compelling storylines.
• Strong commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
