Job Description

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise the overall works of building construction.
• Monitor overall reporting of work progress and schedule to the Management.
• Lead a team of site personnel and workers in the planning and execution of day to day operations.
• Provide support by responding to issues/problems arising.
• Coordinate and liaise with all consultants, authorities, sub-contractors, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and regulate the quality of performance of sub-contractors.
• Plan and review the project schedule and budget when necessary.
• Implement policies, procedures, and instructions required by the Management.
• Willing to work overtime especially dealing with night works projects.
• Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements, especially safety requirements.
• Designing a schedule and strategy to complete each project are delivered within scope, on time, cost and quality set.
• To oversee multiple teams and resources for the efficient completion of projects.
• Possess excellent organizational, administrative and management skill.
• To have meeting with supervisors and site managers of different projects.
• Creating and monitoring budgets for projects.
• Choosing team members for a new project based on their personnel\'s unique strengths and weaknesses..
• Communicating the project strategy to team members.
• Reporting the progress of a project to senior-level management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Conducting performance reviews.
• Strong attention to detail, complex problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and juggle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
