Lead, plan, and manage overall project activities to meet targets on time, cost, quality, and safety.
Monitor site progress and ensure works follow contract, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to solve site issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, QSHE, JKKP, and Project Quality Plan (PQP).
Attend meetings and report project progress.
Control project schedule, and manpower planning.
Ensure all quality and safety requirements are achieved during construction.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
Minimum 15 years' experience in a similar role.
Good leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Able to handle multiple teams and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Project & Primavera.
