Requirements:
- Strong sense of Responsibility, Good Attitude, Passionate in the industry, Independent & Pleasant personality.
- Minimal of 5 years working experience in Construction & Renovation industry.
- Able to communicate in Malay, Mandarin & English.
- Must possess own transport for work. Jobs Scope:
- Experienced in Construction & Renovation (Architecture & Interior)
- Manage and supervise daily site working progress and/ other project activities to ensure projects are in progress and to be executed following the drawings, specification, procedure and to meet the project timeline.
- prepare report of very site to keep Management updated on project cost, work schedule, site issue, sub-con issue, quality issue and etc.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, monitor & manage the assigned task of projects to the team.
- Acquire to review Bill Of Quantities (BOQ)/ Quotation submitted by the team - Ensure appropriate margin vs cost to be applied.
- Build rapport and maintain close communication with sub-contractors to plan and deliver completion of work scope within planned schedule.
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and discuss with the team, adjust BOQ and communicate with sub-con on the requirement.
- Assign responsibilities, lead the team member and mentor them in every aspect of their weaknesses
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with director and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Willing to learn and self-improve time to time Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
