Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

with a strong background in

IT and network transformation projects

, preferably within

Operational Technology (OT) or plant environments

. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of

technical networking expertise and proven project management capabilities

to lead and deliver strategic initiatives across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management activities for

network transformation

and

OT/plant-related projects

. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage project risks, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Provide technical guidance and oversight in the

networking domain

(LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, security, etc.). Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress to management and clients. Ensure adherence to organizational project governance and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

12-15 years of total experience

in

IT and Project Management

, with a focus on

networking projects

. Strong technical understanding of

network infrastructure and transformation initiatives

. Experience managing

OT/plant-based projects

will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Multilingual proficiency

- ability to communicate in

English

and

one additional language (Chinese or Korean)

preferred. PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
