- Follow up submission approval from relevant authorities.
- Attend and record project coordination meetings.
- Check and verify contractor\'s claims.
- Liaise and arrange for inspection with authorities and ensure required statutory approvals are obtained for CCC application.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
- At least a Degree / Diploma Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position in construction or property development industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge on MS office and AutoCad
- Fluency in English, Malay & Mandarin. (Mandarin is a MUST due to business nature)
