Job Description


1. Has at least 2 - 5 years of experience working experience in:
2. The resource to operationalize PRefChem Project Management Methodology, Processes and Standards \xe2\x80\x93 Design, Plan and Execute Project Methodology and Standards, that are aligned with Project Management Standards like PMBOK, PRINCE2 that cover the following areas: -
i. Demand / Request Management
ii. Schedule Management
iii. Scope Management
iv. Financial Management
v. Risks, Issue and Action Management
vi. Deliverables Management
vii. Resource Management
viii. Knowledge Management
ix. Project Closure Note:
Must be has experience in Petrochemical industry
Willing to work in PRefChem, Pengerang Johor. . Scope Management: Defining the work needed to complete the project activities, Manage and direct the overall program based on the program business objectives, manage the integration of project work plans, key milestone, and dependencies across the various work streams. Establish project management, tracking, and reporting for value delivery.
2. Task Management: Planning tasks and defining their deliverables, manage overall delivery from a project deliverables and project control perspective. Assist with process definition including roles/ responsibilities, publishing, providing expertise in the documentation and process standards including templates definitions (i.e. Functional Detail Specification, Test Plans, etc). Drive the completion of project deliverables.
3. Resource Management: Using people, capital, materials and all other resources efficiently.
4. Team Management: Assembling and leading a team. Support transition plan and approach and coordinate syndication sessions with respective teams.
5. Schedule Management: Analyzing the duration of activities to create a project schedule. Once the execution phase begins, the project status must be monitored to update the schedule baseline.
6. Quality Management: Establishing a quality policy for the project\xe2\x80\x99s deliverables and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures. Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered unless changes are approved through scope management. Validate projects objectives.
7. Cost Management: Estimating costs and creating a budget.
8. Stakeholder Management: Satisfying stakeholders\' expectations and communicating with them throughout the project life cycle. Act as a bridge between Client Business Stakeholders and the project and address any major delivery issues.
9. Risk management: Assess program performance. Identifying, monitoring, and minimizing project risks, issues, and impact on solution delivery commitments and escalate where necessary. Highlight any issues arising from support, escalate and keep track any critical issues needing immediate resolution.
10. Status Reporting: Monitoring and tracking progress and performance by generating reports and other documentation. Document all initiation activities in the project charter Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM3,453.71 - RM12,000.00 per month Benefits:
