Job Description

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving the company goals by ensuring that the projects assigned are completed and accepted in accordance to company expectations and achieving customer satisfaction. He shall plan, monitor and control the project deliverables and manage resources assigned to meet the project objectives. We are looking for a person who possesses the following attributes and requirements. Attributes:
\xe2\x96\xaa Result-oriented and able to handle cross-disciplinary projects.
\xe2\x96\xaa Independent and a team player.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good leadership and organization skills
\xe2\x96\xaa Meticulous but is also able to see the overview of work assigned.
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong analytical skills.
\xe2\x96\xaa Self-motivated and able to handle stress to meet deadlines in a challenging
environment.
\xe2\x96\xaa Able to communicate effectively and at all levels. Requirements:
\xe2\x96\xaa Degree in Engineering or in a relevant discipline, with PMP certification.
\xe2\x96\xaa At least 8 years of experiences managing projects in the Telecommunications and
Data Centres with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
\xe2\x96\xaa Possess knowledge and experiences in the area of power, cooling systems, DCIM
and busway.
\xe2\x96\xaa Some knowledge of mechanical fabrication and electrical power.
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong project management skills.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good negotiation skills with excellent communications skills both verbal and
written.
\xe2\x96\xaa Competence in Microsoft Project, Office and AutoCad. Responsibilities:
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage cross-disciplinary projects within agreed time, cost and quality,
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage, plan and assigned resources effectively for the project.
\xe2\x96\xaa Prepare schedules, MOP, RA and all related documents for the project.
\xe2\x96\xaa Prepare and submit progress reports daily, weekly or when needed.
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage and ensure project billing and costing are within targets, highlighting
variances and risks with follow up actions and solutions as necessary.
\xe2\x96\xaa Perform post-mortem after the completion of project to identify the areas for
improvement. Other requirements:
