Job Description

Salary: MYR 2,000 - MYR 10,000 Per Month

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Construction-related studies.

Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in the construction industry.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with a diverse client base and stakeholders.

Knowledge and skills in: Project Management, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Problem Solving, Negotiation, and Construction Management.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for project performance and project budget.

Plan and implement projects, setting objectives and sharing project performance.

Schedule projects in logical stages and manage time to meet deadlines.

Manage inspections and ensure authority approvals are in place.

Support efforts in obtaining approvals and achieving construction completion of projects.

Prepare and implement the Project Construction Program (PCP) to ensure all resources are planned for site activities.

Ensure cost efficiency during project implementation.

Monitor project progress and prepare Project Progress Reports for clients.

Verify and submit claims in a timely manner and coordinate with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) on claim submission.

Manage and verify material invoices from suppliers.

Ensure project personnel adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Provide necessary guidance and coaching to subordinates and site personnel.
