Project Manager (johor)

Job Description
This role is responsible to oversees and coordinates all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Manage teams, allocate resources, ensure adherence to timelines, and maintain quality standards, all while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
- Supervise and ensure timely project completion.
- Communicate with the Client and Consultant regarding project-related issues.
- Monitor changes in contract orders, claims, and associated costs, relaying information to the Project Coordinator and Project Director.
- Implement strategies for cost management to align with project budget.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to assure project quality standards.
- Oversee the well-being of on-site workers.
- Conduct training for Engineers, Supervisors, and key personnel from Specialist Sub-Contractors on quality policy.
- Ensure prompt submission of progress claims.
- Evaluate technical and construction concerns, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience
- Must have PEPC
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
- Willing to be based in Johor
