Responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the whole contracts dept which consists of pre-contracts (tender, estimate), post contracts (contracts administration) and contracts services (documentation and contractual claims).
Prepares cost estimates for new tenders
Attending tender interviews and cost clarifications
Checking and approving of Work Orders to Sub-contractors
Checking sub-contractors claims
Preparing the budget for internal controls
Coordinating with purchasing department for material
Lead and monitor submission of bids for government tenders
Responsible for reviewing and evaluating potential government tenders
Coordinate and participate in site visits and pre-tender briefing
Liaise with project teams to prepare tender submissions

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
