Job Description
- Excellent written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Language.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum education: SPM/Diploma
- Responsible for the renovation section and act as the main liaison/coordination officer with the Client Representative.
- To manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project which includes manpower planning, renovation progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule, manage resources and cost control.
- Mange and lead the project team to complete the assigned project.
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and authorities in resolving site issues.
- Planning and managing project implementation.
- To efficiently respond to customers feedback and request.
