An established pressure vessel and static equipment fabrication company is recruiting for a Project Manager to drive project commitment in terms of delivery time, cost, quality and customer requirements. In this job, you will report directly to the General Manager.

About the Project Manager Role:
In this position, you will be the key person responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, budget, document and liaise with a team of engineers, suppliers and customers for the timely execution and completion of a project implementation
• Ensure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards and is tracked appropriately
• Report to the management and client on the progress of works
• Be the key person to compile and manage technical requirements with customers and project teams worldwide
• Provide necessary supervision to ensure a smooth transition from project initiation to project completion
• Maintain and implement ASME Code

To be successful in this Project Manager role, you will need to have strong interpersonal communication skills along with high level of management skill to oversee the project, and be committed to achieve efficient and safe operation in line with the company\'s high level of technical standards.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• At least 10 years of experience in project management within the engineering, fabrication, structural and mechanical steelwork industry (such as pressure vessel, heat exchanger, storage tank and other pressure-retaining parts fabrication and commissioning works)
• Professional experience in customer engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent project management skills, and the capability to engage well across functional groups
• Familiar with oil and gas safety requirements
• Great analytical and problem solving skills
