Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree/ Professional Degree in Electrical, Engineering (Civil/ Structural), Building, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines.
Experience in working on a variety of different of projects & completed at least 3 projects from its inception.
Strong preference for more than 5 years of experience in Construction Industry.
Required language: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. (as candidate needs to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
Proven working experience in project management for property developer.
Required skill (s) : MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad
Excellent client-facing, verbal communication, and negotiation skills to dealt with consultant and subcontractor team.
Solid organization skills including attention to details and multitasking skills.
Good Leadership with an ambition to grow a team and the ability to work independently.
Good technical, contractual & statutory by-laws knowledge in the construction industry.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principle
2 years contract period.
Tanggungjawab
Ensures all construction works are carried out in right sequence and well-coordinated.
Demonstrate experience in scheduling, construction oversight, site planning, change management, commissioning, reporting, document management and contract administration.
Ensures timely completion of the project in terms of quality, time and cost and all works are carried out safely in accordance to specification with highest quality of work and within budget.
Responsible for integrating the efforts of all contributors on the projects.
Resolve construction related issues and mitigate potential project risks.
Attend all progress meetings and/or client progress meetings.
Monitor and report to Director on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones, and any conditions which would affect project cost, schedule quality or risk profile.
Develop recommendations and action plans to resolve issues/risks affecting or likely to affect the successful execution of the project.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Establish good working relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
Ensure contractors NSC & DSC meeting all contractual conditions for performance.
Formulate work schedule and construction programmes in accordance with the project requirements and specifications.
All other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
