Project managers oversee all aspects of the project process, working closely with engineers and consultants to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. They are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope QUALIFYING CRITERIA An Engineering Degree (C&S) is an expectation with at least 10 - 15 years road construction- based experience in managing high-rise and high-valued projects. Track record in delivering projects within timelines demonstrated in past employment(s) will receive favorable consideration. Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Project, MS Office and AutoCAD. Strong analytical skills and able to size construction issues and recommend resolutions. Good interpersonal and communications (both verbal and written) skills are primary attributes Able to liaise with relevant authorities and consultants and respond to request and instruction. Good team leader and person of integrity and professionalism. Able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Registered as Building & Infrastructure Construction, actively involved and assist in development both government and private project.
