Project managers oversee all aspects of the project process, working closely with engineers and consultants to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. They are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope QUALIFYING CRITERIA \xe2\x80\xa2 An Engineering Degree (C&S) is an expectation with at least 10 - 15 years road construction- based experience in managing high-rise and high-valued projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Track record in delivering projects within timelines demonstrated in past employment(s) will receive favorable consideration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Project, MS Office and AutoCAD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and able to size construction issues and recommend resolutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and communications (both verbal and written) skills are primary attributes \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to liaise with relevant authorities and consultants and respond to request and instruction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good team leader and person of integrity and professionalism. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Registered as Building & Infrastructure Construction, actively involved and assist in development both government and private project.
