PROJECT MANAGER GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Reports to the senior management Responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance. Oversee the implementation of projects. Track all project phases & activities and monitor progress and dependencies. To effectively lead and work closely with project team and solve problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork. Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations Coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects Review contractors detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans. Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting Ensure housekeeping and quality in all work areas QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Construction Management/ Architecture/ Building or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in project management Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual Resourceful problem solver Strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills Able to lead the project team Well-versed in AutoCAD Able to communicate well in English
