PROJECT MANAGER GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Reports to the senior management \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, risk management and quality assurance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the implementation of projects. Track all project phases & activities and monitor progress and dependencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 To effectively lead and work closely with project team and solve problems, cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the team in planning and execution of day to day operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Review contractors\xe2\x80\x99 detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor projects progress and updating of reports to the management \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct regular internal, subcontractor and site safety meeting \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure housekeeping and quality in all work areas QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Construction Management/ Architecture/ Building or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 5 years of experience in project management \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful problem solver \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organisational, interpersonal and leadership skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to lead the project team \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-versed in AutoCAD \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate well in English
