As a Project Manager, what are you going to do Accomplish the stated program objectives; Create clear and attainable program objectives; Build the program\'s requirements; Managing financial and Operational Performance; Manage the constraints of the program management; Ability to adapt to the various internal procedures of the contracting party, and to form close links with the nominated representatives; Customer and 3rd party Management, working occasionally independently in a customer environment. Co-ordinating internal teams, sub-contractors and managing multiple customers whilst ensuring the commercial interests of the business are represented; Commercial, Financial and Risk Management - must have a sound understanding of financials and able to manage a P&L; Management of internal resources - ranging from s/w development team, product design/ engineering, Quality Assurance and local installation resources. What are the skills and professional experience we\'re expecting from you 7+ years of Experience in a Project Manager or similar role; Technical or IT consultant background in the Software Industry; Experience managing small to mid-size teams; Capable of managing multiple workstreams, through excellent prioritization skills and keeping calm under pressure; Experience working biometrics projects with major airlines and/or airports is valued; Experience in International projects is valued; Must have excellent time management and organizational skills; Speak and writes fluent English.
