Job Description

The main purpose of the Project Manager in FPA is to oversee and manage financial planning and analysis projects within Xsolla, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, analysis, and strategic insights to support decision-making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving process improvements to optimize financial performance and resource allocation. \ RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting in project planning
• Facilitating team meetings
• Proceeding project execution
• Monitoring project\'s progress
• Providing updates and transparency
• Managing stakeholder expectations

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of experience as Project Manager
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
• English level B2 and higher
• Ability to work and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
