We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across various teams. This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership, time management, and communication skills, with a background in project management studies.
This is a 6-month contract position with a clear pathway to permanent employment based on performance and project delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, resources, and team deliverables
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team progress
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Conduct regular project meetings and status updates
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Report on project performance to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management OR 2 years of experience with a proven track record and reference
- Graduate in Project Management or related field
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management tools
