To know the project scope of work, to study all drawings, Bill of Quantities, and specification.
Project planning- site organization, site requirement, and work schedule to ensure the project runs smoothly according to plan.
To liaise with the client, the main contractor, SO, designers, architect, engineer, etc.
Prepare weekly project reports.To conduct sub-contractor/site team meetings.
To manage and monitor all site teams.
To monitor sub-contractor progress off-site and on-site.
Attend all site meetings.
To ensure quality performance of projects within guidelines, specifications, and compliance with the authorization requirement.
Responsible for monitoring project timeframe to complete on time.
Update Fieldwire app on a daily basis as needed for the project progress tracker.
Responsible and accountable for the project.
Ad-hoc task as when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Min Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture/ Civil Engineering /Building Construction or related discipline.
Min 10 years of working experience in the Construction industry.
Proven experience in Interior Design projects.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent design and site supervision and construction management skills.
