Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, deliverables, milestones and resource needs in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans (schedule, budget, risk register, communication plan). Lead planning sessions (e.g., sprint planning if Agile/hybrid), daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives (if applicable). Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder management: clients (plant/IT/OT), internal departments, vendors. Monitor project progress and quality, ensure deliverables meet requirement specifications, SLAs, documentation standards. Indeed Malaysia Manage project risks and issues: proactively identify, log, mitigate and escalate as needed. Provide regular status reporting: progress, risks, KPIs, budget vs actual, lessons learned. Transition projects into operational use and support continuous improvement of the solution post-go-live. I Lead and motivate cross-functional project team (business analysts, engineers, QA/test, deployment/implementation teams). Ensure alignment with client business objectives, especially in the manufacturing/industrial domain (e.g., MES, MOM, IoT, WMS, etc.).
Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. Minimum of ~5 years' experience managing technical implementation projects (ideally in smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, MES/MOM, or related software solutions) Strong experience in project management: scope, schedule, budget, resource management, quality, stakeholder management. Comfortable working in industrial/manufacturing contexts (e.g., familiarity with production processes, factory floor systems) - preferred. Proficiency in project tools: e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint or equivalent. Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 and/or Scrum Master is an asset.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
