Job Description

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of high-rise projects, ensuring completion within scope, budget, and schedule.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and progress tracking systems.

• Oversee coordination between consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Monitor site activities and address any technical or operational issues that arise.

• Manage project budgets, cost control, and progress claims.

• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.

• Implement effective risk management and mitigation strategies.

• Lead project handover processes and ensure documentation completeness.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.

• Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in high-rise building

• Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage large teams.

• Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in MS Project or equivalent project management software.
