Title : Project Manager Report to : General Manager
Job Accountabilities :
Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments
Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
Prepare statement of work, proposals, and quotations for new projects & enhancements to existing systems.
Work with the support team to ensure that issues affecting the customers are resolved within the contracted SLA.
Requirements:
Experienced with different roles and managed various categories of projects at planning, feasibility study, and end-to-end delivery
Ability to understand technology and business with strong analytical mind
Exposure to software project management with at least 3 years of experience.
Domain knowledge in banking specifically
Retail Internet Banking
Cash Management
Loan Origination
Insurance Sales & Agency Portal
Familiar with project management methodologies
Confident in presenting and interacting in a business capacity
Relevant experience in preparing project documentation
Have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Talented, experienced and passion in area of software consulting and financial services
Fast learner, competitive spirit self-motivated with optimistic attitude and high desire for new learnings
Strong analytical abilities, initiatives, resourceful, inquisitive in nature, meticulous with strong problem-solving skills
High resilience capability to deal with problems and manage conflicts effectively
Independent but also a great team player
