JOB DESCRIPTION Plan, strategize & execute project\'s KPI & KFA Proposal preparation Job pitching Ideation and concept proposal Involve in major brainstorming Monitor project\'s outcome and problem solving Come out with out of the box idea to improve ways of execution & ways of working Way forward initiatives to build solid relationship with internal & external parties Marginal thinking & initiatives to improve co\'s profit & turnover Drive to grow & plant business prospects Be the bridge to connect with all internal depts Provide clear and define directive & coaching to PC Come up with conducive & effective training solutions and deck Conduct product training Conduct audit check & conducive findings & solutions to improve outcome & performance Provide logistics arrangement, planning, requisition & SMART measures of inventory management Conduct regualr WIP with internal & external liaison Sourcing & purchasing management Liaison with suppliers on pricing, costing, requirement & timeline Manage costing & quotations Understand client\'s payment process & follow up on payment terms Maintain master quotation and follow up on ageing of payment Be a solid team player to contribute ideas and meeting timeline REQUIREMENT Minimum of 2 years working experience in any field related to sales/ marketing/ customer service/ retail Microsoft proficient Result oriented Pleasant in personality Has good time management Do not mind working on weekends Team player Preferably female WEBSITE FOR SURVEY PURPOSE https://rednose.com.my/ Salary: From RM5,000.00 per month
